Our Southern Storm range of boat covers from The Cover Shop are one of the best semi custom on the market. The solution dyed marine grade polyester is coated with a polyurethane coating, making it water and UV resistant. Solution dyed fabric has excellent abrasion resistance, superior colour consistency and excellent everyday clean-ability. This specific breathable fabric allows moisture to escape which ensures it is mold and mildew resistant. These covers come with a high quality storage bag to keep the cover safe when not in use. We are trialing seam tape on some of our covers to see how it copes with the extreme weather of NZ. Please note the tape may come off but it does not affect the cover in anyway.

Measure your boat as per the illustration and add 0.3m to the length. It is best to go to the next size if between sizes.

Perfect

Our Haines Hunter SF535 was in need of a full cover due to being stored outside. We looked at several different covers but ultimately ended up purchasing yours and it’s perfect. Great fit, great material. Highly recommend.

Didn't fit, couldn't return

Followed online instructions to measure to fit my Buccaneer 525. Bought 6.21 x 3.53 which correlates to the size guide provided. Tried on at home on a dry day in my sealed driveway. Too small so returned but not accepted due to a small stain. At a loss as to what I could have done differently to avoid buying a cover that doesn't fit, and that I can't swap for a larger one.

We were happy to exchange the cover for you. However, we’re unable to accept returns with stains, as we want to ensure every customer receives a product in pristine condition. We did our best to remove the stain but were unsuccessful. We hope you understand that we wouldn’t want another customer to receive a cover in this condition.

What a great cover!

Totally impressed with this boat cover. The instructions for measuring my boat made the selection easy and when the cover arrived it fitted perfectly. It looks great too in the Navy Blue colour. Heavy rain here the last couple of days and the boat is bone dry inside.
